The Surf Workout
Kids - this exercise class is taught by a real California Surfer! You don't need a surfboard, just a yoga mat, a big glass of water, and a great attitude.
Camp Cosmo's Surfer Workout is a great way for kids to get more movement in their lives ina fun, creative way, especially during Distance Learning. And it's also good for groms (surfers) who want to boost their surfing success and build muscle memory even on dry land.
Improve strength, flexibility, endurance and most importantly - your mood! No surfboard required :)
Time: 4x Thurs 5pm (PDT)/8pm (EDT)
Class length: 30 minutes, 4 weeks long
