Cosmo Online
In 2020, in response to the global pandemic, Camp Cosmo launched Cosmo Online. At first, families were baffled. At Cosmo, kids come up with some pretty wild stuff. How is that going to work online, they wondered.
With a focus group of about 20 families, and the help of our awesome Cosmo counselors, we developed a completely original curriculum that we all loved. It was fun, it was brand new, and it filled a need that so many families faced without childcare or playdate opportunities. Plus, it built off kids' natural interests and provided space for project based learning. Through classes like Airplane Club, Pokemath Club, and TikTok Dance Class, kids on lockdown had the chance to form friendships with children all over the world. Cosmo Online was a huge hit. One family summed it up pretty well when they reported that Camp Cosmo was the "silver lining" of their pandemic.
Below are of some of the clubs and classes we ran daily for almost two years. Today, online classes are still available to private groups. To schedule a class for your group, or to request a new subject, please email [email protected]. We would love to host a class or club for you!
