Yoga with Ashley
Feel the Friday flow with some Yoga to revitalize your body and calm your mind. We'll start with breathing exercises and ease into strengthening stretches and inspiring poses.
This gentle, friendly class is a treat to look forward to each week. (Class series is 4 weeks long)
Great for beginner and experienced Yogis (ages 5-12).Please bring a YogaMat (or towel) and a water bottle.
Time: 4 x Fridays 8am (PDT)/11am (EDT)
