Materials List:

  1. Confetti Poppers: toilet paper rolls, balloons, strong duct tape, markers, colored paper, hole puncher or scissors
  2. Party Hats: Printable Hat Patterns (sent after purchase), Yarn, Pompoms or Ribbon, Markers, Elastic string to fit under chin (or 2 bobby pins to fix to hair)
  3. Wish Tree: Printable Star Pattern (sent after purchase), small tree branch standing in a vase, string or ribbon
