Revitalize your body and calm your mind after Monday's madness. We'll start with breathing exercises and ease into strengthening stretches and inspiring poses.
This gentle, friendly class is a treat to look forward to each week. (Class series is 4 weeks long)
Great for beginner and experienced Yogis (ages 5-12).Please bring a YogaMat (or towel) and a water bottle.
Time: 4 x Mondays 3pm (PDT)/6pm (EDT)
